Conor McGregor shares strange video with his butler

Conor McGregor has come under fire after posting a video of himself asking a butler for a bottle of water.

McGregor, who is currently recovering from the broken leg he suffered against Dustin Poirier, posted video appearing to show him in a plush hotel.

The video begins with the former two-weight world champion appearing to sniff at a bowl of incense.

A butler then approaches with a tray containing a container of pills.

McGregor takes the pills and asks the butler to bring him a bottle of water, which he duly does.

McGregor swallows the pills before holding the bottle of water aloft expectantly as the butler rushes to retrieve it.

The Irishman then returns to his incense at the end of the bizarre video.

Fans were quick to condemn the Irishman who rose from poverty to become the world’s richest sportsman last year.

“My man is using this poor man for a video,” one wrote, while another added, “A butler? Why? All the money in the world but I’ll never have any. “

Another fan was simply puzzled, asking, “What the hell is this champ?” and another was disappointed that McGregor had seemingly forgotten his roots, saying, “That’s a shocking example shown by Conor. It wasn’t too long ago that Conor was getting the allowance.”

McGregor made no secret of the fact that he was enjoying his free time as he frequented his Black Forge Inn pub in Dublin.

Will Conor McGregor return to win a UFC title? Let us know in the comments section below

He is due to undergo a leg scan on Monday and aims to return to fighting in April.

He claims he will be placed directly in a lightweight title when he returns to the UFC, but that seems unlikely considering he hasn’t won at 155lbs since 2016.

Champion Charles Oliveira will defend his belt against Justin Gaethje on May 7 and the winner will likely defend the belt against the winner of Islam Makhachev’s rescheduled fight with Beneil Dariush.

McGregor could face the eventual winner, if he manages to pull off a success in his comeback fight.
