Glenn W. Winslow, 67, Patton died on Saturday at Conemaugh Miners Medical Center, Hastings.

He was born in Spangler, son of Russell K. and Nevada J. (Lenglet) Winslow.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen V. (McCarty) Winslow, whom he married June 29, 1985; children: Travis (Megan) Winslow of Patton, Dominica “Niki” Winslow of Boston, Mass. and Glenn (Brittany) Winslow II of Patton; grandchildren: Stella, Willa and Quinn Marie Winslow; brothers: Kenneth (Rosemary) Winslow of Patton and Rusty (Sherri) Winslow of Patton; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Brian and Scott Winslow; and an infant sister.

He was a graduate of Cambria Heights High School, a graduate of Pitt University Optical, and a Penn State alumnus. Glenn was previously employed with Lithcote Railroad and retired from PennDOT as an equipment operator after many years of service. He was a life member of the Patton Fire Company, where he previously served as Deputy Chief, Patton VFW, Slovak Club and Sons and Daughters of Italy.

He coached baseball, football and wrestling and was a sports enthusiast. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the funeral home. The engagement will be at Fairview Cemetery, Patton.
